Claim for dissolution of partnership
According to section 37 of the Real Estate Law - the right of every partner in real estate to demand, at his will, the dissolution of the partnership.
The reason for this is that a partner in real estate should not be forced to share in the property when he is not interested in it and therefore the partner should be allowed to exercise his relative share in the property.
The most preferred way to dissolve a partnership is according to an agreement between the partners, when there is no such agreement the legislature usually prefers division and as a last resort sold.
